This is the first HDR photo that I'm really proud to say I had taken. Before my second day of jury duty, I decided to take advantage of the parking garage vantage point and get a shot of the new courthouse. I thought I had taken the shot too late in the morning, but I had inadvertently lowered the exposure brackets on the shot. That, with the polarizer, really gave it some punch.

I'm usually not in any of my own pictures, but Jenny took this one, and I really liked how it came out. This was taken out on the zip line at Leed's Farm. It is the best place to buy winter squash!

During a trip to the North Market, the lady offered to spray the veggies to make the shot a bit more dynamic. I guess I shouldn't be so shy about talking to people when I have my camera in hand.

I was really, really tired! I was up for about 36 hours straight, and the delirium was set in. I still like this picture, though. I think at the time, everything was starting to look over-saturated and in 3D.

Reece wore himself out, and fell asleep in a sea of stuffed animals. This is the kind of situation where having a fast lens makes all the difference. That would have been one cranky kid if I had to use the flash . . . .

It was a beautiful sunrise - I had to pull over and get a couple of shots out of the window of my car!
